Capstan Winch

We design the capstan for mooring and auxlliary usage. The drive system of capstan is completely sealed from the harsh environment with the hydraulic/electric motor mounted under deck.

1. Vertical Compact Structure:Vertical main shaft design reduces deck occupancy area by 50%, supports installation on deck or under deck, and is suitable for space-limited scenarios.
2. Multiple Power Options:Electric/hydraulic drive, rated pulling force 0.5–50 tons, suitable for different operation intensities.
3. All-Direction Force Adaptation:Allows cable traction at multiple angles (±5° deviation), no need for directional arrangement.

Fast mooring of vessels, retrieval of small boats, and tightening of dock lines, specializing in short-distance and high-frequency line control.
